Withdrawal Policy

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the ey382 platform without the express written permission of ey382. Any unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Bangladeshi law.

Liability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ey382 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the platform.

ey382 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that all games will perform error-free in all network conditions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. ey382's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Minor clarifications may be updated without advance notice.
